Loan of original textiles courtesy of Derry City & Strabane District Council Museum Service. DCSDC Museum Service are delighted to support the Quilt Fayre team in celebrating the textile history of the North West region by loaning a number of shirt factory quilts for the exhibition. These quilts are made from excess cut-off pieces gathered during the shirt making process and reflect the rich cultural heritage of the local textile industry.
